Full Time Paint Studio Coordinator

We will soon be looking to add a friendly, hardworking and dependable person to our team in-store to help as our Paint Studio Coordinator.

This position requires someone with good communication and leadership skills, along with at least a general background in paint, stains and paint related products. We have many resources to help train the right person on the products we sell.

Schedule would include weekdays and several weekends per month.

Working as our Paint Studio Coordinator you will be responsible for taking ownership of the paint department, providing amazing customer service in our paint department and offering helpful solutions to our customers home improvement needs.

You would also be cross trained in many other areas and departments, allowing you work as a team player and provide amazing service throughout the store.

Other responsibilities would include taking ownership of the department, doing weekly inventory and making sure equipment, color chips and aisles are well maintained and stocked. You would also take the lead in helping train other associates to help in the department.

Having a continuous drive to build and grow your sales skills and product knowledge would be important to your success.
